I am having trouble logging in

If you are having trouble logging in, navigate to the LOYAL3 website (www.loyal3.com) and click 'Log In' in the top right.

If you have a LOYAL3 Account:

Click on the "Forgot your password?" link on the log in screen. Fill out the information requested and press "Submit". An email will be sent to the email address associated with your LOYAL3 account. Please follow the instructions on the email to reset your password.

 

If you have a Rewards Account.

Scroll down to the second section titled "T-Mobile or MTBC Share(s)?" and select "Click Here" to access the login page (https://rewards.loyal3.com/r/l3/login). To reset your password, click "Forgot Password?".

Enter the email address associated with your Stock Rewards account and click submit. You should then receive a text message with an 8 digit code to the mobile device associated with your stock rewards account. After you receive the 8 digit code, enter it into the "code" field and click "continue".
