I missed the May 11, 2017 deadline to withdraw funds from my account. How do I get my funds?

For Rewards account holders:

We will return your funds to you by ACH or check on or after May 24, 2017.

For LOYAL3 account holders: 

If you submitted an order to sell all your shares, but still have cash in your account, we’ll return your funds to you by ACH or check after May 30, 2017. If you did not submit a sell order, your proceeds will be transferred to FolioFirst.
