How do I transfer my account to another broker-dealer?

Instruct your new broker to send us a transfer instruction form (TIF) by May 15, 2017.

Your new broker will need a recent statement from you (found under "My Account"- "Forms & Statements") and our DTC number (0472). The TIF should be sent to transfers@loyal3.com or fax 415-200-0245.

Please note: we require a medallion stamp on all TIFs.

When we receive your TIF we'll temporarily restrict your account so we can deliver the whole shares. Since industry standards only allow us to deliver whole shares, we will sell any remaining fractions and return the proceeds to your bank account or via check.
